SEK Announces Two CPA Promotions

SEK, CPAs & Advisors is pleased to announce the following team member promotions in our Hagerstown, Maryland office, effective July 1, 2020:

Stephanie E. Shepard, CPA, MSA promoted to Supervisor: As a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland, Stephanie provides tax, accounting, and QuickBooks software services to individual and small business clients. She joined SEK in 2016 after earning a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to that she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Midwestern State University where she also studied abroad, focusing on International Business.

Kayla M. Stoner, CPA promoted to Senior Associate: Kayla is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland. She works in the Audit Department, where she focuses on low-income housing, housing and urban development (HUD), nonprofit, investment advisor, and healthcare clients. Kayla joined SEK in 2018 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
