Central Penn Business Journal has selected Evan Wabrick, CPA, MBA, Member of the Firm at SEK, CPAs & Advisors as a Forty Under 40 recipient for 2024.

Forty Under 40 recognizes professionals 39 years of age and younger who have been successful in Central Pennsylvania. Honorees were selected by a panel of previous winners and the Central Penn Business Journal leadership team based on professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change.

Evan joined SEK in 2014 and sits in the firm’s Carlisle office. He was admitted as a Member of the Firm in January 2023. Evan delivers comprehensive accounting, consulting, and tax services to a diverse clientele of individuals and businesses. He specializes in working with clients in the retail, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, financial services, and real estate industries. Evan serves as the leader of the firm’s State & Local Tax (SALT) services, assuming responsibility for the preparation and review of multi-state tax returns.

Outside the office, Evan actively contributes to his community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce and Shippensburg University Alumni Association. He is a member of West Shore Young Professionals and a 2020 graduate of Leadership Cumberland. Evan attends Mechanicsburg Community Church and volunteers with Junior Achievement. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football and movies, traveling, and staying active through golf and other recreational sports.
