With 20 years of experience, Kelli provides accounting, consulting, and tax services to small businesses and individual clients. She specializes in advising small businesses engaged in real estate activities, including residential and commercial rentals, as well as real estate flipping. Kelli also serves as Chair of the firm's Accounting, Consulting, & Tax Services Committee, guiding the strategic direction of these key service areas.

In addition to her leadership within the firm, Kelli was one of 18 young leaders across the U.S. selected for Allinial Global's 2024 Future-Gen Think Tank, a prestigious group shaping the future of the accounting profession. This initiative empowers emerging partners to develop strategies that lead and sustain future-ready firms.

A local fruit market in Smithsburg at the age of 15
What are your hobbies?

Working out and running trails, spending time with family and friends, and helping others in any way possible
What would others be surprised to learn about you?

I was a JFK 50 mile finisher.
What is the most inspiring part of your job?

Assisting and mentoring clients with new business startups and aiding in their development to a successful venture, as well as building relationships with team members as they grow professionally and personally
