With 19 years of experience, Amanda specializes in providing accounting, audit, and tax services to nonprofit organizations and local government institutions, several of which receive significant federal funding. She also oversees the preparation of nonprofit tax returns in the Hanover office.
Amanda also uses her expertise to serve as the permanent Outsourced CFO for a large multi-facility nonprofit organization to help oversee financial reporting. This includes monthly review of the financial data, journal entry support, board packet development, annual audit support, annual budget process, as well as troubleshooting and researching challenges and opportunities to improve efficiencies and foster organizational growth.
Demonstrating her commitment to the nonprofit industry, Amanda has earned AICPA Not-for-Profit Certificates I and II. These certifications provide hands-on application and strategy training for professionals who work with nonprofits. She is also a member of SEK's Nonprofit Task Force.
